Minneapolis Creative Agency Since 2017

Promotive LLC is a locally owned video production and senior photography company founded by Luke Hochrein in Minneapolis, MN. Luke started the business after building a background in visual storytelling, wanting to bring polished, affordable production work to families and small businesses across the Twin Cities metro.

Today, Luke still shoots and edits most projects personally, working directly with clients from the first phone call through final delivery. He's spent nine years building relationships with families and business owners across the region, and Promotive LLC has served the Minneapolis metro since 2017.

Promotive LLC Stays Rooted in the Twin Cities

Promotive is independently owned and operated, based in the Minneapolis metro, with no outside investors or franchise ties. Every project is handled by the same small local team, never outsourced or passed to subcontractors in another state.

Promotive serves clients throughout Chanhassen, Minnetonka, Edina, Bloomington, Plymouth, Maple Grove, and surrounding Twin Cities communities, traveling to client locations for shoots and offering flexible appointment scheduling across the metro.

Every Project Gets Personal Attention From Start to Finish

One Point of Contact. One Person Behind the Camera and the Edit.

Luke meets with every client personally before a shoot, planning the schedule and shot list around what matters most to that family or business. He stays reachable by phone throughout the project rather than routing communication through a call center or account manager. Turnaround on finished video projects typically runs one to two weeks depending on scope, and senior photography galleries are usually delivered within two weeks of the session.

Honesty about pricing before any contract is signed, no hidden add-on fees, and a preference for natural light and authentic moments over heavily staged setups guide every project. Every quote is free, and there's no obligation to book after that first conversation.
